Two rivets, not one Three metal logos fell off a 600-unit order. The cause was one rivet where the bend needs two — a few cents of savings against a four-figure claim. OUHAI — HENRY The wrong production line An order spec'd at the factory's highest grade came off its volume line. Of roughly 1,600 frames inspected, three to four hundred were clean.
